How do i set up my jetpack to only accept certain MAC addresses.

Check out your User Guide for specific steps on setting up MAC filtering.
In general this option if supported will be on your Jetpacks Admin webpage. Connecting to the Admin page is usually accomplished by navigating to 192.168.1.1 (or whatever the default gateway is) in your browser. Sign in with the Admin password and review the configuration options from there.
