My Jetpack is not working I was able to connect with no issue for about ten minutes then it just stopped being connected. when i go into my Wifi Setting on my Phone or Tablet it shows up but says i am not in range HELP ME PLEASE.

Verizon Ellipsis MHS700L User Guide. Power off the device, remove the battery, remove and reinstall the SIM card to reseat it and reinstall the battery. Power ON the device and perform a Factory RESET. You may have noise or other interference causing problems, changing the Wi-Fi Channel in the Jetpack from AUTO to channel 1, 6 or 11 can help with that (one of these three channels often works best).
