How do I transfer photos from micro SD card to ellipsis 10?

I have jpg photos on a micro SD card that I want to transfer to my Ellipsis 10.  The micro SD card is in the device, according to directions.  I can't seem to locate the micro SD device on my Ellipsis.

Try downloading the free version of File Commander from the Play Store, it will display as "external sd card".

Someone was suggesting using an app called 'ES File Explorer' in the play store. As i have not figured out the app and how to transfer as of yet I cant say whether or not it works as well as suggested.
