Our Ellipsis 7 stopped working just after the update was made or maybe part of it hard to tell as it didn't look like it did both it said there were 2. Now we can't power it on to even go in safe mode to try other trouble shooting alternatives. It worked fine before this happened. Any ideas how to fix this issue?
That is definitely very weird, JF2001. We want to make sure you are able to restart your tablet. Does your tablet appear to boot at all when holding down the power button for about 15 seconds?
