I have a Mac not a PC. How ima I supposed to upgrade my software?
A few options:
1. Borrow a PC from a friend
2. Visit a VZW store and ask them to complete the update for you
3. Attempt any Over the Air updates from the device itself
4. Check the VZW support site for steps on completing the update on Mac
5. Ignore updates until one of the previous options becomes available
If you can confirm your specific Jetpack we can see if VZW has any steps prepared for you. We would also want to know what version of OS you have as some updates may not be compatible with certain versions.
