Is there a difference between Ellipsis7 and 8 chargers? I left the E-7 original somewhere on vacation, and only see Ellipsis8 and up for sale online. The first off brand I tried that was supposedly compatible with E7 didn’t “lock-in” and didn’t charge the tablet reliably.

Looks like they both take micro USB if you read the specs. My very old ellipsis takes micro USB also. I have found with my devices weather it's micro USB or USB C the very cheap cords and chargers never work well so I buy better quality ones. Should be able to find good quality ones at the stores.

There are better android tablets for sale than the Ellipsis ones especially if don't need the tablet to connect directly to the cellular network.
