MDRancher,
We appreciate the information and keeping us updated on what's going on. Let's pick up from where you left off. Does it give you an option to format your card in that area? Please try to see if any bettter luck when device is ran in Safe Mode: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-164484/

Expanding your storage with a SD card is always a great idea. What happens when you insert the card and turn the tablet on? Does the card work in another device? What size of SD card are you using?

The card works in my computer. After I insert the SD card into my tablet
and then go to the storage section of the settings menu both options for my
SD car are grayed out. I am now loading the photos onto my SD card from my
computer and then will reinsert the card into my tablet to see what happens.

Hi MDRancher,
Picture memories are important! Lets get this fixed. Are you using the Memory Card that came pre-installed in this tablet or did you purchase a new card? Has this card ever worked in the tablet? Click here for directions to make sure that the memory card is inserted properly http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-130508/ .
Thanks,

Pamela,
Thanks for your e-mail. I did get the card working by formating it. I also
discovered that the tablet does recognize the card while the tablet is
connected to my computer. All is well and working fine now. Thanks for
your efforts.

I loaded the photos on to my SD card from my computer. I then inserted the
card into my tablet and still cannot access the SD card. The storage
section in settings still shows both options for the SD car grayed out.
