My vontacs are deleted on my phone, i need to restore my contacts from Verizon not frommback up plus and notmon cloud..teyre gone

you'd have to use the Verizon Cloud or Backup assistant.

verizon.com is verizon cloud.  If you backed it up to verizon cloud you can get them back.  If you didn't, you cant
