It's up and running. All blue (that took about a half hour). #48 confirms I'm on. iPhone 6 went from 2 bars to....2 bars. That's a lot of money for zero bar improvement. I'm not using the cable; will that make a difference? The unit is about 4 feet from the modem/router and I'm about 6 feet from the unit. Any ideas?
Call Verizon to have the transmission power increased. Worked for me.

Is that while you are in a call? Extender is 3G /1x only, so you are still seeing LTE signal.
