We just purchased this network extender and it only worked one time and stopped. I have tried moving it to several different locations next to windows but the GPS light remains a solid red and the system light blinks slowly red. Neither light has turned blue. It is sitting directly next to a window and I have verified all connections and restarted it several times. Is this equipment faulty? It seems these have quite a bit of issues according to other people.
