Notification pop up keeps coming on, changed setting but still keeps happening. Also same problem with photos being washed out.

Sorry, I no idea about pop up but for wash out do this...
- Launch Chrome app.
- In the web address bar enter: http://chrome://flags... Hit enter
- Scroll down and find the item “Enable GPU rasterization” -> Change it to "Disabled".
- Relaunch Chrome

- Scroll down about 20 lines and find the item “Enable GPU rasterization” -> Change it to "Disabled".

Found the solution for the notification always dropping down, the volume buttons on the right side control the notification. These buttons are very sensitive and touching them while holding or resting against your body causes the pop down. Should be controlled with setup page.
Still waiting for the solutions for the problems with the photos being washed out. We also have an Ellipsis 7 and it does not have this problem.
