Please help

I don't know how or why this happened but somehow when I swipe the right side notification menu down, I no longer have the auto rotate option. It's just gone. If anyone knows how I might fix this, please let me know. Thank you very much

Does the phone auto rotate with any other gestures?
What happens when you go to Apps>Settings>Accessibility>Auto Rotate?
Is the blue check mark present?
