Rebate Issue with Black Friday 2015 promotions

Has anyone else had a problem getting a rebate submitted and processed for the $60 Google credit promotion.  I purchased my tablet online, and when I went to enter the rebate information the input form was inconsistent in what it wanted.  The sample "receipts" did not have the same information I had on my receipts, my receipt did not call things the same.  Of course, I submitted the rebate with what I thought was wanted.  The following day I received an email saying my rebate was invalid and to use "track the status" to determine what was missing.  The status simply said the rebate application was invalid.  Three hours later when I can sit down and determine what to do to correct things, I can not track the rebate anymore and the promotion code is no longer active.  I am not going to put up with this and just ship the tablet back.  If Verizon sold it under false pretenses and makes it impossible to answer their application correctly due to terminology and information your receipt doesn't have, then I don't see any reason to continue my customer relationship.  Oh, can anyone find an email address to submit a question to?  Been everywhere and no luck.

4 of us went in black Friday and got this promo, and all 4 of us got the invalid emails. 2 of us did the upload receipts at home and email and 2 had the Verizon store help them and do it.  All 4 invalid.  The first time(OK, really the only time) I was sent the invalid email.  I contacted Verizon and was told all I needed was to give them my address, that matched what they had, she said great, all is well and in 14 days you will have it.  About 14 days later my sister asked if I had been sent emails about it (she had gotten 2, with still no rebate) so decided to check in on it again.  This time they said no its invalid because you didn't buy what was needed!  Or they just didn't have the receipt now.  To say I gave them a piece of my mind is mild.  Had to email the receipt to them AGAIN, and in that email I told them that this has all the ear marks of a scam!  And I want a email, call, something  that shows that you received my new email and the status has been changed to valid.  I got 2 emails within 12 hours stating just that.  Do I trust them? No!  If  i hadn't bothered to check in again I would be out $50.  Nice money make scam Verizon.

SO, WORDS TO THE WISE, KEEP EVERY EMAIL AND KEEP BUGGING THEM.  I WILL!

Same issue here. I was told to mail every thing to rebate center. I did but kept records of everything. Waiting to see. I have told them I will file complaint if I do receive. Believe me they were not worried.
