I'm not sure if I have a problem or not. When I dial #48, the message says I am not connected. Yet, when the extender is plugged in, I have 5 bars and calls don't drop. When the extender is unplugged, it drops to 1 bar and calls are bad. So, it seems like it is working, but the conformation says it's not.
It sounds like, outside of confirmation, the Network Extender is properly working. Do you see a little house with signal bar above it?

No, not that I've ever seen. And I have looked often. Would it show at all times or only when making a call?
