We have used a Verizon Wireless MiFi Jetpack for years for our home internet service. We recently added a 'cantena' and router for the installed Verzon Wireless Internet. We currently have both wifi's active.
As of yesterday, I am unable to access certain websites through our new router-based wifi. Namely Nest.com, Amazon.com, and oddly enough, verizonwireless.com. I am asking this question via our old wifi and the MiFi Jetpack, which still works fine. I can use Google just fine on the new wifi.
Where do I begin to fix this problem?

Krisjnic, it is definitely strange that you can't access certain webpages. We want to help get this resolved for you, as you should have full access to your internet. Lets start off by rebooting the cantenna. You can find the instructions for that here >> http://vz.to/2kQ24JK

Power cycle and reset the HBR and HBA. Clean up the computer's browser by dumping the cache and cookies and restart the computer as well. If the problem persists, call Customer Service (800) 922-0204 about it. Make sure they understand it only happens on the LTEII system and not the Jetpack.

Hallelujah! Yes, at this point rebooting the cantenna has done the trick. I rebooted the router a few days ago to no avail. Glad going upstream was such an easy fix. I'll come back here if something goes awry again, but at this point I consider it solved. Cantenna poltergeists?
