Why does Mifi 6620L Jetpack not have a cellular signal?

Just got this new. When I powered it on for the first time, it flashed 4G LTE with full bars for about 2 seconds, then changed to a circle with a line through it.

I have gone through troubleshooting and nothing works. I removed the replaced the SIM card, etc. Any ideas?

Seems like the Jetpack is not fully activated.  Contact Verizon and have them check on your account.  They can get you straightened out from there.  Make sure you are in an area with good coverage when you attempt to complete the activation process for the best results.
