Why does my device not respond?

My device wont start and the on line troubleshooting cannot be completed due to device malfunction

Opar, I can only imagine how hard it's been not being able to turn on your device. We can definitely work on getting that issue resolved with me.To get started, what type of device are you using? Has the device come into contact with liquid or physical damage?
