Help! My tablet is saying I have no service but my WiFi is connected with a strong signal? My Android phone is fine & WiFi bars are lit up. I was at Verizon center yesterday and the guy worried on my phone & put a screen protector & case on my tablet. Now everything is acting screwy?
I would power down the tablet, unplug your modem/router set up and plug them back in and once everything is booted turn the tablet back on.
