Why is wi-fi so slow on my Ellipsis tablet?

The WiFi connection with my Ellipsis tablet is painfully slow. I tested the same WiFi  connection with other devices and the speed is normal.

I did a factory reset on the tablet and now he WiFi is back to normal speed
