When trying to log into my network wifi, I received an error, authentication error occurred
Alamus36, we want to make sure you can log into your Wi-Fi service. We are here to provide support. Have you tried restarting all devices including your router? Tell us more about the device you are trying to connect? Have you ever tried connecting this device before?

Hi Ralph, Yes, unplugging my router and plugging it back in worked. Unfortunately, RCN did not suggest that, she said everything looked fine on their end.
