When I try playing a game Google play will not connect.
You have come to the right place curtis1000. I have this same tablet & I am certain we can get it connected again. Are you able to log into your google account from your computer? Have you recently changed your google password or updated the software on your tablet?

This pos tablet will not connect to 4g for 2 weeks now. All other devices work no problem. WiFi connection no problem. Verizon sucks. HTC phone sucks too. Hard to figure out how to ask questions on this forum. Go to store they giv attitude. Will be leaving Verizon soon as my plan is up.
We'd never want you to leave us, Msmeanee. We want all devices working correctly and would like to make sure you remain as part of the Verizon family. What is the make/model of your tablet? What is the signal showing for data? What's going on with your phone?

Tablet is qmv7a phone is HTC m7 have had to switch phone out twice in past year. Tablet won't let me connect to data for 2 weeks now. Airplane mode not on. Data is not over limit or blocked. Tried restarting numerous times
We want to bring your connection back so you can enjoy your tablet on the go, Msmeanee. On your tablet, when your WiFi setting is off, does it display anything where the 4G icon should be? If you go to Settings>Data Usage>Make sure Mobile Data is on>Select the menu icon upper right corner>Enable Data Roaming, is there any change?
