For the past few months, my husband and I have been experiencing the following issues dropped calls, slow data rates, low call quality, web pages failing to load, and excessive buffering on videos. I have all our cell phones, our home phone as well as our internet services with Verizon ...oh and to make this matter even more challenging, I work from home most days of the week! Please Help!!

CHESAN45, we can fully understand your concern with getting the service you need, especially when you work from home. What zip code are you having trouble in? Is the issue happening indoors, outdoors or both? Has there been any recent change to the area since the issue started?

My husband and I are having the same issues. Almost all of our calls are dropped and if there not, the person on the other ends says we sound terrible. Zip code is 53142. This happens in and outside of our home. Please help...
