4G was working fine all day yesterday (14/Aug/2011) but today I have not been able to get anything but 3G no matter what part of town I am in.

drickard-cos, I know that experiencing signal issues can be frustrating. I was able to research the signal problem you reported and show we were aware of this issue on August 8, 2011. Our technicians were able to locate the problem and find a resolution. All services for the Colorado area were restored successfully.
Are you still having signal issues in your area?
I recommend power cycling your device, and if your continuing to have issues please let us know so that we can trouble-shoot your device and area further.
