Accessing a remote IP from LTE

Good day, I am a 4G LTE home internet user.  I use the service for many things, including VPN for work.

I have no issues, and I'm an IT guy by trade...however I have ONE VPN site that I cannot reach.  I cannot even traceroute or run ncat to this IP from. Traceroutes never seem to leave the vzw.com network.

If I connect my PC to my ATT hotspot (phone), I can reach this IP with no issues.

I'm wondering if the subnet used by VZW was at one time foreign, or somehow blacklisted.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Thanks,

Tom

Can you tell us what happens when you try accessing the one VPN site that you're unable to reach?  We'd like to help.

As mentioned in my original post, I have no access to the IP - no traceroute, no ping, no ncat.   But when I connect from an ATT wireless network I can reach the IP with no issues.  Clearly the only difference is verizon network.

When I traceroute to the VPN IP, I am unable to get out of the VZW network.

Please advise.

Thank you so much for those details, tcweb. We understand that your device and Verizon service work correctly for every other IP that you try to access. If this is the case and you are only experiencing issues with a specific IP address or VPN, you need to contact the IP administrator. Since you do not experience this issue with any other IP address our equipment and service are working correctly and as designed.
