Is Verizon looking to improve congestion in network and coverage? There is no way that i know of to report it. The answer I get is just use Wi-Fi at home. I drop a call or get a poor connection at least once a day and then can’t pull an internet connection in carline for my high school student. It’s ridiculous. If she’s at school waiting outside for me she’s not receiving my texts and I’ve tried to send her Apple Pay money to get coffee on campus and I can’t even pull up a website.
