We used to get a perfect signal at our house before advanced calling was implemented in 2015. Ever since then, our coverage at home and in our immediate area is literally non-existent. We have FiOS and if the power goes out, we have no way of communicating with the outside world or even making emergency calls. Please fix the coverage!
We always want you getting the best possible service at home. What specifically happens with your calls, texts, and data now? How far do you have to travel from your building to get full service? To clarify, are multiple devices having this issue?-Sean
