Conceivably??? yes. Most likely no though. You would pay dearly in roaming charges.

I would just like to add some information about global data usage. When traveling globally, Verizon Wireless can't guarantee coverage or network quality, which are dependent on the roaming carrier's network. 4G devices can roam only on CDMA networks (EVDO/1X mode). There is no 4G service outside of the U.S. The Data Pay Per Use charge is $0.020/KB ($20.48/MB). We recommend using global data with caution. Usage can add up quickly. To avoid accidental/excessive usage charges utilize public Wi-Fi networks whenever possible, and ensure your device is powered off when not using it or when the data session has ended.
