Hello, If I order a phone today 11/28/22 but want to give it as a gift on 12/25/22, will that be too long before we have to activate it? We're currently customers and it would be a phone upgrade on a payment plan with a trade in. Thank you!
Getting someone a new phone as a gift is so thoughtful! The phone will attempt to activate once it has been delivered. Additionally, if you're taking advantage of any trade in promotions the timeframe to send it back to us will begin once the phone is delivered.
