I have been a customer with Verizon since they were Cingular - forever! I have logged about 45 hours (honestly) with customer service people. Managers, high up people. You name it. Cases opened. Return calls promised and not fulfilled. Cases closed, but unbeknownst to me because nothing was resolved. I’ve literally been in tears with these people. The reps are very nice, but nothing gets fixed. It’s like the save button on the fixing my account doesn’t get it.
I have a phone upgrade “lost”. I’m being charged for double protection plans. Content charges that even the rep doesn’t know why. I took advantage of a plan upgrade via a email I received and they told me they can’t honor it. I have a sky rocket bill and I’m at the end of my rope. 😞
I don’t know what else to do.
