How do I contact Verizon about reception issues?

2-3 weeks ago, I use to have ~85 db of reception outside of my home and I always had 4G service. Now, I have ~105-120db of reception and 3G service. I'm wondering if a tower is down. How do you contact Verizon to check into this?
