How to obtain a copy of your contract and related documents

I am writing to request assistance in obtaining a copy of the contract with Verizon.  

I tried the account services section and a link to view account documents, but only two irrelevant documents are available and the rest are not (I am not even sure it lists the basic contract as an option).  

I tried to email someone using the "contact us" link, but the link is totally useless and devoid of any apparent mechanism for actually emailing anyone at Verizon.
