I'm highly confused. I have had Verizon service for several years now.
In November I bought the new iPhone 13. I traded in my old phone. Both the old phone and this one were purchased outright - no financing or anything.
On this month's bill, out of the blue, I had two "Minimum term service contract" line items - one for a partial-month charge of 16.67 and one for 20.00.
Additionally, my trade-in credit isn't applied to the bill, despite an automated email from Verizon last month saying that it would be applied this month.
I'm confused. Please help?
