i want to get in touch with the corporate office to file a complaint. I haven't had voicemail for two weeks since i have become a new customer. I have spoken numerous times through chat and no one knows what to do do. Customer service closes at 7 p.m. How is that even possible with a large company like Verizon? I was able to speak with customer service on the phone at Mint Mobile until midnight.
Please give me a phone number for the corporate office. The customer service is terrible.

We strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience & are saddened to learn you've received less than that. We deeply apologize for the trouble you've encountered getting support with your voicemail. We have various ways to reach us here: https://www.verizon.com/support/contact-us/ but we want to help via this platform. I've sent you a Private Note to assist further.

Did you even set up the voicemail after activating your line on the Verizon Wireless network?
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

The voicemail wouldn't even set up at all....Verizon has since resolved it.

That doesn't sound serious enough to warrant making a corporate complaint.
