So I have 3 cell phones and an Apple Watch in my home and have gone a week without 4G service in my area. We don’t have 5G in this area so 4G is a must. I spoke with a few neighbors and they’re having the same issue since 4/21/22. I’ve made 7 phone calls to support , they’ve tested all my devices with the same result, no service. I drove out of town and all devices work fine. The request went to the Verizon network team for an evaluation and they decided that it was a bad SIM card in my iPhone 13 although it works fine if I drive 5 miles away from my home in any direction. My entire family literally has to be connected to Wi-Fi to use our phones, text or use internet. Today we still have no 4G connection on our 4 devices and 3 of our neighbors that I spoke with don’t have connectivity either. I’ve enjoys Verizon for many years but the time has come to switch. As my son goes to work this morning 3 miles away, he has no 4G still, can’t call, text and no internet. Verizon doesn’t listen to anything you say when troubleshooting and are happy to collect our payments. We pay good money for bad or in our case no service. Everyone with similar issues needs to switch providers today.

This is never the kind of service that we would expect you to have. We would be sad to see you leave the Verizon Wireless family. We do want to make sure that we do everything we can to check out the local network for you. I have sent you a Private Note. Please respond to that message for further review. Thank you.

I replied to your message and provided you with the ticket number. I'm not paying one more dollar for no service. It is insulting to have your techs tell me that I should just use my home WiFI. Are you kidding? All four devices will be switched to another provider if this isn't resolved ASAP. Can you hear me now?

It started yesterday. I phone heated up like the phone was going to explode. I attempted recently to upgrade a webpage. the phone didn't have any problems.

I am presently attempting to expire the battery and see if that works to reset the phone. Yet are there any solutions to this problem?
