I don’t know what’s going on lately but my service has been horrible. I’ve had Verizon for over 10 year and never had to deal with poor connection. Verizon has actually been amazing. I am located in Metro Detroit and getting horrible connection this entire year. This weekend I drove from Detroit to Pennsylvania and literally was losing my connection constantly. My wife uses the other guys and has an older phone, yet her service remained at full capacity the entire time. Not sure what can be done, but for what I pay it better get fixed quick.
