Poor Reception

Verizon is new to our area in the last year.  We signed up shortly after it was available.  Signal strength was not real strong, but never had an issue with dropped calls or complete lose of signal.  Service has been getting worse and worse.  At my home, in the 54481 zip code I am shown as being in the center of the 4G area.  I am less than 1/2 mile from the interstate.  I am dropping calls, not getting calls, and rarely holding 4g.  Most times it is 3g, even outside.  1x at times.  Is this going to improve or do I need to look else ware.

I definitely don't want to lose you! I understand the need for operable service. Looking further into your area I do see this zip code is located in a variable coverage area and service may be intermittent indoors and outdoors, however more challenging indoors. I suggest powering the phone off and removing/inserting the sim card in effort to receive the best signal. We do offer an indoor solution.
