I am a Verizon customer who just moved to Diamond Heights in the 94131 zip code, adjacent to Noe Valley, and I have terrible service from this area. Apparently this other customer told you about this issue over 2 years ago and nothing was done? Please do something. I’m stuck in a contract for a few more months or I would just switch carriers.
I also have an iPhone and it’s up to date.

We want to make sure we have the best signal possible for all our customers. Sometimes there are outside factors that make that difficult. How large of an area is this? Does it get better in any direction? What types of services are affected?
