Spent 45 minutes with Fred in customer support trying to get help with printing my text messages. He directed me to "Google Print Cloud" and said that was the method they were instructed to give customers. Upon checking with said app I discovered that it was no longer supported as of December 2020. He told me that my only other option was to pay for monthly tech support which is $25/month. My question, which he could not answer, was why didn't Verizon come up with another solution when the original one no longer was available? Fred, at least a dozen times, told me that I should just sign up for the extra service and tried to sell me on all the benefits of it...none which I felt I would ever need. He told me that "they" were the only ones who could help me with this issue!!!
