Recently switched to Verizon from ATT and my family and I are regretting it. There is barely any service in Sidney NY 13838. You can see the highway from my parents back yard…only a flat golf course in between. On the highway I get full service. In my parents back yard I get 1 maybe 2 bars and not enough service to make a call. There are no land barriers (hills/mountains) between my parents house and towers. It’s very frustrating when we used to get full service throughout Sidney with ATT. All 4 of us will be switching back if service doesn’t improve soon. It’s not just in Sidney where service is worse than ATT. It’s many areas. But Sidney is the most noticeable.
