Slow data and low signal in Pasadena, CA

Dear Customer Service Team,

I'm on an iPhone 13 with an Unlimited plan and my reception is poor (one bar in 5G and same in 4G LTE). Speedtest shows speeds around 6 Mbps in download and 2 Mbps in upload, Is there a way for you to improve signal in this area of Pasadena? I live on Ohio St.

Note that I get higher speed (up to 100 Mbps or more) in other places.

Clement2, I appreciate your concerns and I apologize that you are experiencing this issue. I took a look into the area and I wanted to ask if this is occurring on the inside or outdoors? I currently do not show any outages or alerts in the area/ How long has this been occurring?

Mobile Broadband 4G LTE

5 Mbps-12 Mbps snf Upload 2 Mbps- 5 Mbps.
