I had the best customer service ever earlier! I don’t know how to find her and thank her and reward her with something I can’t find her name anywhere! But she helped lower my bill and gave me the sweetest needed paragraph that honestly made me shed some tears! Verizon please keep this gem /bright light in this world! They are needed! Wish I could find them and do something for them so I hope Verizon does it in replacement❤️
