Sent my phone in with over two weeks to spare on the 30 day return. Made it to them in EXACTLY 30 days. They reduced my refund from $800 to $375. Very disappointed. If this isn’t fixed immediately I think I’ll be moving my phone service elsewhere.

The return date, is most not the cause of the change in the promotional value, but instead it would have to do with the device or promotion requirements (e.i. plan).
