I dropped off my phone at USPS post office using the Verizon supplied return label. I forgot to note the tracking number. Verizon claims they did not receive the return phone and charged me 740.00
They said that they would take the charge off my account after a couple hours of being on the phone.
My ticket [Removed for Privacy]
was opened.

The charger’s never taken off I called back in after two hours of being on the phone with multiple people wasting my families day They told me they are not taking the charge as they previously indicated.
I said well I’m gonna cancel this is horrible and they said, go ahead and cancel.
WOW by the way my phones
Paid off but they also Locked it off so I can’t even go anywhere I’m in purgatory.

We are always here to help when you need us the most. I would be concerned too if something like this were to happen to me. What was the reason for this return? Normally, our return labels are for UPS or FedEx. Do you recall the exact type of return label you had?
