Formerly had a USB 720 installed. Worked fine. Updated to LG VL600. Deleted all former VZAM files to avoid conflict. Tried to install from disc and downloaded file. Both yield Error 2738 (Could not access VB script run time for custom action). Am running Win 7 64 bit Current location of VB script is C:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll (v5.8.7600.16732) Have tried some of the suggested registry fixes to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated. TY

Did you get this corrected? I have the same problem and have tried the registry stuff too. I am trying to install VZAM from the download and continue to get error 2738. Am running Windows 7 64bit.

I just tried it and the install failed. Not sure why it won't work. I have Windows 7 on a 32 bit computer and VZAM loaded correctly and works fine. I guess it just doesn't like 64 bit machines.

I installed it on my Windows 7 - 64-bit system with no problems.
