I live in Summit, New Jersey (07901) and have a 4G Novatell wireless modem. The service is horrible; I'm on my 4th device and third SIM card. After MANY calls with tech support they tell me that even though I have 4 cell towers within one mile my area has know problems and they have no plans on correcting the prob lem.
I can't log onto service, I either get no service or service with 0 snr. Either case it is useless. You would think that the area being relativlely affluent the would have decent service.
Does anyone else have this problem and where can I write to a corporate office for more information \ satisfaction.
