I've now spent over 8 hours of my billable time trying to fix Verizon's mistake. Unannounced to me, they conducted a routine annual credit check and attempted an unauthroized soft pull on my Experian credit (which I have frozen) then entered completely incorrect data that yielded a credit score of (wait for it)....100. Rather than the 800s that I have. I have spend time on verizon customer service, on experian customery service, sent a certified letter to the address listed on Verizon's letter--which was just RETURNED as "Attempted - NotKnown". Gone in loops and circles talking to finance and customer service and no one can provide a name, a working number or an address. About to hire a lawyer and sue for damages (my time) as this is an issue COMPLETELY initiated by Verizon, caused by Verizon, and for which Verizon presents no viable reasonable alternative to even speak to a knowledgeable person. HORRENDOUS customer service.

I have asked for access to someone with the authority to actually make decisions about dealing with this issue-- legal; finance; etc. Having spent so much of my billable time dealing with customer service, I am loathe to throw good time after bad! If you can assure me that you will be able to put me in touch with an individual who has the agency to act, I am happy to "speak" with you via email, phone or chat---but not for another run around. Please provide assurance, a contact, and YOUR NAME.

Again: For a communication company, and customer support, the lack of a way to REPLY to a private message (yes I finally found your message but there is no reply button) is unacceptable.
How can this company be so incompetent!
