Recently my phone was stolen in Europe. Went by the Verizon Store to see options. They had promo’s on I phone and S22. I stayed with the android. Note I have been a Verizon customer for 20+ years. Along with the phone I purchased case and screen protector I paid for these and what I thought was a 35 activation fee. Got my bill and there was another activation fee of 35. Called Verizon on my bill and was treated like garbage by the service rep. He was antagonistic, rude, would not allow me to speak with a manager. Now that I have been doubled charged by Verizon. I can no longer recommend them. Corporate America (Verizon) has forgot about customer service. It is not good to have bitter customers in the long run. Says little for being a loyal customer.
