Why is my 4G LTE so slow in downtown Phoenix. If I try to watch a youtube video it stops to rebuffer every 5 seconds. Opening even a simple email takes forever.

2 1/2 months and no reply. The 4G LTE internet is virtually non existent. No apps that need internet or web pages will load. This only happens at my office building at Central and Thomas. I have 3 bar signal strength and it says I am on 4g lte but nothing works. I have restarted my phone numerous times with no effect.

I apologize for the delay in responding BarefootTom. I know how frustrating it can be when you experience difficulties with service. I appreciate you clarifying that this only happens while at work. Unfortunately, signal is not guaranteed while indoors. Due to the building infrastructure, this may interfere with wireless signal causing issues. I apologize for the inconvienience.

The problem is not sugnal strength. The problem is for the last 3 days 4g
internet has been almost non existent. On the rare occasion my phone slips
into 3g the internet is there and much faster. It does not change when i am
outside the building so being inside has nothing to do with it. The 4g has
always been slow but now it has stopped.

Thanks so much for providing this information. What device are you using? Do you coworkers who experience similar issues in the area?

I see, BarefootTom. You mentioned This only happens at my office building at Central and Thomas. What happens when you power cycle the phone after you leave that area? Please run this test http://bit.ly/1zoLwL9 while at work and once you're home. What are the results?

It started working again Friday afternoon. It was obviously a tower issue
as several people here withe different devices all had tge same problem at
the same time. I reported this fact but you support people ignored that and
continued to try to blame everything except the tower. You all need to get
off your script, actually read the messages and learn basic
troubleshooting.
I'm 23 years in IT and another 10 years as a test technician. If i gave
this poor a service i would have been unemployed.
