I have been having this issue as have several of my friends. My zip code is 18938. Does anyone know what is going on? I’m thinking of switching carriers although I’ve had Verizon for 20 plus years.

Hello @Jpsmith, we don't see any issues in this area per checking the zip code. We'll be glad to help with any coverage issues and don't want to lose you. Are you mainly experiencing issues while at home?
Do you have Wi-Fi at your home location?

Experiencing at home and on the road. I have ordered a new phone as I thought perhaps that is the issue, mine is rather old. It just seems there are lots of dead spots in our area that we never had before and issues at home where I am in on spot speaking and all of a sudden the person on the other end cannot hear me. Weather does not appear to be an issue.
