Our Wifi works on all our devices but suddenly stopped working on both of our TVs. One is a smart TV and the other uses a Firestick. The person who chatted with me at Verizon was no help at all.

Did your WiFi router receive a software update? What model device is it? Does your smart TV or Firestick even see the WiFi network being advertised?
